B&H Systems, Inc. is founded in 1988.  Utilizing two straight trucks and a 7,500 sq ft, 2 door terminal in Elk Grove Village, B&H provides same day and overnight LTL service within a 50 mile radius.  Special services include hotshot delivery within a 600 mile radius, hazardous material, liftgate, and inside delivery.

B&H moves to a 15,000 sq ft, 6 door facility in Bensenville.  Fleet increases to seven power units, including two tractors.  Custom designed and written enterprise software deployed and implemented.  Begin specialized services to chemical industry including drum recycling and point-of-feed transfers.  Sister company Timely Courier begins operations providing messenger service to Chicago area.

Bensenville facility expanded to 22,000 sq ft and seven doors.  GPS tracking installed in all vehicles.  Fleet increases to three tractors and nine straight trucks.

Major software rewrite expands customer service capabilities.  Messaging added to GPS tracking system.  Fleet now six tractors, twelve straight trucks, and several cargo vans.  Dedicated, customer location domiciled trucks complement on-demand services.

B&H moves to 45,000 sq ft, 14 door facility in Elk Grove Village.  Custom designed building monitored by 32 security cameras and secured by controlled access doors.  Heated warehouse maintains a minimum temperature of 55 degrees.  Separate hazmat room allows stowage of hazardous materials in compliance with all federal and local regulations.  Fleet grows to nine tractors and twenty straight trucks. 

All paperwork now imaged and available for instant PODs.  High cube, 53' air-ride trailers with liftgates added to fleet.  Sister company B&H Freight begins operations providing transportation brokerage in all modes throughout North America.

After 18 months of design and production, B&H deploys new enterprise software with state-of-the-art capabilities including web based tracking, POD retrieval, and account management.  Major upgrades made to GPS and other communications systems.  Fleet now contains twenty tractors and thirty straight trucks.

2007

Added one day regional turns to service offerings.  More tractors added to fleet.  Over 90% of all trucks under two years in age.  Company President Jonathan Sales conducts hazardous material training seminars and provides consulting services to a variety of industries.
